James

Faith in Action

The Bible is full of wisdom from God. This summer we dive into God's Wisdom by exploring two different books of the Bible, beginning with James on June 2.

True faith produces fruit. A faith without action and without life change is a dead faith. James writes to believers who know suffering, who've faced trials, and who ultimately desire a deep relationship with God.

We have Reading Plans and Bible Studies available to help you dive deeper into our study in James.

James Bible Reading (June 3 - July 7)

Read daily Bible verses from James and supporting passages. Get accountability and grow with others by signing up for a texting group. The groups will consist of 5 people texting each other their thoughts and impressions of the passage that was read.

Women's Bible Study (Mondays, June 3 - July 8, 7:00 - 8:00 PM)

Dive deeper into Sunday's message with a women's discussion group on Monday evenings. We will watch a short video from Francis Chan and discuss how we can move beyond a private, intellectual knowledge of God and His Word, to a vibrant faith that impacts every square inch of life. Each evening is a stand-alone message. Come to as many as you can.

Men's Bible Study (Tuesdays, June 4 - July 9, 6:30 - 7:30 AM)

Study James with a Men's discussion group on Tuesday mornings. We will watch a short video by Francis Chan and discuss how a living faith in Jesus is borne out of an authentic relationship with the risen Lord.
