An Invitation to Serve

Some of the most meaningful moments in the life of our church happen through simple acts of service. When we serve, God uses our willingness to create connection, growth, and lasting impact, both in us and in others. 

We currently have two important opportunities to serve at First Reformed Church.

Wednesday Evening Meal Prep 
If you enjoy serving others through food and hospitality, this may be a great fit. This role takes place on Wednesday afternoons and includes heating, preparing, or organizing the meal, helping choose menus, and coordinating the serving line volunteers during the meal. You will have support, clear instructions, and guidance throughout the process. Your work helps create a welcoming space where relationships grow and faith is nurtured.

Kids Ministries 
We are also looking for a few teachers for Sunday morning Sunday School and Wednesday night kids ministries. If you want to help children know how much Jesus loves them and see their faith begin to take root, this could be the place for you. This is more than childcare. It is an opportunity to invest in disciples who are learning to follow Jesus.
