Deeper and Wider
Rooted in Christ. Reaching our Communmity.
Some things in life are worth next-level effort. At FRC, we believe following Jesus is worth our very best, a journey that takes us both deeper and wider in faith.
Over the next two years (2025–2027), our focus is to deepen our spiritual maturity and leadership base while widening our connections and outreach in the community. We want to see people take next steps in their relationship with Christ and live out their faith in ways that make a tangible difference in the world around them.
This vision calls us to become more rooted in Christ and more connected to those He’s placed around us, as we seek to live as His disciples in every season of life.

Our Five Ministry Priorities
- Local Outreach and Financial Generosity: Actively and generously serve outside the church by building relationships, helping those in need, and sharing Christ’s love through local partnerships and personal outreach.
- Young Adult Ministry: Invest in the discipleship, care, and involvement of young adults and college students, inviting them to serve, lead, and grow in faith.
- FRC Groups & Discipleship: Foster deeper connections through groups focused on discipleship, care, and spiritual growth in a variety of formats.
- Next Generation Leadership Development: Identify, equip, and mentor the next generation of leaders to step into their God-given callings within the church and beyond.
- Digital Ministry and Connection: Strengthen relationships with digital viewers by creating meaningful ways for them to engage, grow, and become part of our church family.
