40 Days of Prayer - Week 2
Thanking God for his plan of salvation through Christ Jesus reaching into our lives.
This week (January 8-14)we are Thanking through Prayer - 1 Peter 1:3-9
Monday - For God's providential care through joyous and challenging season.
Tuesday - For God's plan of salvation in Christ Jesus reaching into our lives.
Wednesday - Lord, keep our Consistory focused on "the church" and its best interest. We thank you for this and lift them up. Elders: Mark Bloemendaal, Corky Koerselman, Dave Bomgaars, Lyle Korver, Duane Beeson, Nancy Landegent, Gary Cleveringa, Steve Roesner, Marty Guthmiller, Greg Steggerda, Niccie Kliegl, Peg Te Grotenhuis. Deacons: Nick Adams, Matt Honken, Nick Baker, Micah Rensink, James Dykstra, Randy VanDe Griend, Jameson Guthmiller, Eric Van Ravenhorst, Josh Goslinga, Taylor Warntjes, Teresa Gunderson, Ellie Vitamvas. Paul says in Philippians 2:4 - "Each of you should look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of others."
Thursday - For God's servants who have given themselves to the spreading of the Good News here and around the world.
Friday - For openness for FRC to be used by God presently and for the days ahead.
