Creative Media Coordinator (20-30 hours per week)

This is an hourly position of up to 30 hours per week.

Position Summary
The Creative Media Coordinator supports the mission and ministries of First Reformed Church by helping communicate the message of the gospel and the life of the church through creative media, digital platforms, and Sunday morning visual environments. This position plays an important role in helping people see, hear, and engage with the message of Christ through thoughtful design, engaging content, and effective digital communication.

What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who enjoys telling stories by creating meaningful content and helping people connect with the message of Jesus through visual media and digital communication. The ideal candidate will be both creative and organized, able to think about the big picture while also managing the details needed to keep communication clear and consistent.

This role would be a good fit for someone who:
  • Enjoys taking teaching and ministry moments and turning them into engaging digital content.
  • Has an eye for clean, clear visual design.
  • Is comfortable learning and working with digital tools and media platforms.
  • Pays attention to detail and cares about presenting things with clarity and excellence.
  • Is curious about new ideas and willing to experiment with creative approaches to communication.
  • Works well with others and enjoys supporting the ministry of the church through behind-the-scenes work.

Connections and FRC Groups Coordinator (20 hours per week)

Position Summary
The Connections and FRC Groups Coordinator helps people move from their first visit at First Reformed Church into meaningful relationships, discipleship, and service within the life of the church. This role provides leadership and coordination for welcoming new people, developing clear pathways for connection and involvement, and strengthening the ministry of FRC Groups. The coordinator works closely with staff and volunteers to help individuals and families grow in community and become active participants in the mission of FRC.

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking someone who is relational, organized, and passionate about helping people take meaningful steps into the life of the church. The Connections and FRC Groups Coordinator should be someone who enjoys meeting new people, building systems that help individuals feel known and welcomed, and equipping others to lead. This person will help ensure that those who walk through the doors of FRC are invited into authentic community, spiritual growth, and opportunities to serve.

This role would be a good fit for someone who:
